My life this week: We're doing our Epidemiology unit at the moment. Which basically is fancy math magic to make studies look like they're proving some point. It is insanely boring. Which is a shame because I have a feeling that it is going to be important for me to understand at least some of this stuff in the future when trying to decide how to treat patients. Oh well.

Also, since it isn't exam week yet, I've had time for cooking still. I found some baby bok choy at Whole Foods when I was there last week. I did a really simple prep --Just cut each head into quarters and rubbed a bit of toasted sesame oil onto them. Then put them into a hot pan and seared each side. Then deglazed the pan with some chicken broth and let the bok choy steam for a bit. Reduced the liquid and finished it with a bit of soy sauce. SO yummy.

So why don't we live together anymore? You would actually get me to eat vegetables!
